Check TSC. They have a tank exchange program. They won't fill your own tanks but you pay a deposit on the tank and they pay for the gas. Anytime you want out they give you back the tank deposit. I use them for MIG gas.

I've used Cam Carb a bunch of times.
But you have to watch who you get, they can be real assholes.

tsc only carries the smaller tanks, not that small but smaller then what i use, they won't refill them. i have a couple spare tanks that came with my welders and took one to see about just getting filled and no one would touch it....so i bit the bullet and paid another f-ing 800 dollar 3 year lease on all my tanks

I've only used TSC for MIG gas and I use the 3+ft size (Q maybe?).

I have a couple of O2 and one acet tank, all full size and have yet to find someone to refill them. I got them all full at an auction sale but the acet is getting pretty low.

Good luck with the full size ones you're supposed to have a contract with a gas supplier to fill them and you don't own the cyl. technically you shouldn't have been able to buy the cyl. at the sale only the torches themselves the big tanks are always a gas suppliers property

Many years ago you used to be able to buy the cylinders. Don't know if they expire like propane tanks.
