That is a LOT of money. Check this link out for more details. http://www.schwartzperformance.com/1981-pontiac-trans-am-tt-ls9/There probably is at least that money in the car as it is built. But as with any car it only worth what the next buyer will pay for it. Barrett Jackson prices are always a point of debate. The debate aside it is one very nice TA!

Probably cost $150k+ to build it. It's a lot of money, but a deal considering what it cost to build it. It would likely have brought more money if it was a black and gold '77 or '78. The Year One BRE Trans Ams are $150k-$200k and don't have the chassis or HP of this car.

So a car with great style and a unique appeal that will ROAST a brand new ZR1 that sells for 100K is not worth a 100K?
