K have an engine that i am building and i am wondering what and when this engine acctually came out of. some sites tell me a 78 vette / z28 and what i pulled it out of is a 72 nova??? (who knows maybe it was a popular swap lol) ne way here are the numbers (these are stamped not casting numbers) 141149259 is the first one the second is K07 19 CMR and the cast number is 3970010 its a 350 it had a 4bbl on it when i took it apart so ne help would be greatly apprieciated. its also a two bolt main.

It's an 010 block, very popular and very common, they ran from 1969 to 1980

The older 010 blocks are the blocks some poeple call the "High Nickel" blocks

010 blocks came as 302's, 327's and 350's, I made my last one into a 383 ;)

The 010 blocks came as both 2 bolt and 4 bolt motors and as both large jurnal and small jurnal
