Post Cavalier Headlight issue
I've encountered a problem with my 2000 Z24 Cavalier. This problem appears when the weather gets cooler.

When the headlights are switched on, it randomly switches back and forth to DRL until the car warms up. There is no buzzing noise, just a click when the lights switch...

Any ideas?

Pam,

If you goto Partsource Brampton and speak to Billy(whom you know) they will bring up the diagram of the relays on the Techy CPU and tell you where the DRL relay is located.

Or you can remove the relays entirely so you down have DLR I did on my truck as I put HIDS in mine but if you use the stock harness it will be the same. DLR lights only use 80% power compared to your normal running lights so this is why they are flickering. You just wont have DRL when your done and it costs nothing to do it accept unplug it
