Post Cracked block or head/head gasket?
6.5 diesel

Milky stuff in the overflow, pressure in the cooling system a minute after startup and will stay there for 2-3 days(or more). No coolant in the oil(not visible anyway).

My understanding is that if its the block there would be no "hard upper rad hose" when its cold. Engine is still strong and only smokes at stoplights when fully warmed up(gray smoke)..(sometimes it doesnt) Engine doesnt smoke once the car is moving.

Where is the oil cooler located? Maybe leaking there into the coolant.

I think head/block/gasket puts coolant in your oil, not the other way around.

there's high pressure on the cooling system on startup.

It's most likely leaking past the gasket .
The only 6.5 Gm heads that are not cracked have never been put on an engine , they all crack between the seats but most don't leak , the crack has to be pretty deep before it hits the coolant passage in that area but that will usually put coolant into the cylinder as well as compression in the rad , either way the heads need to come off

thanks man, exactly I want to hear..One more thing, why is that the rebuild cost of 6.5 diesels(95) cost $4000?..

I dont think it be that much difference in gas compared to a low compression BBC. Any idea on what the shop hours for a re in re in a G20 van?

Anything that's not a 350 Chev is expensive and 4000 sounds pretty cheap if they are fixing or replacing the cracked heads [ you can't take the chance once they are off ] plus it it's turbo , you throw away the exhaust valves etc, etc.
Not sure on the re and re .
