Re: radiator
There are tons of company's that can do direct fit. I know griffin, be cool have direct drop ins. Costly but will be the last rad you will ever need

Re: radiator
What car is it for?
If a 4th Gen, I really like my Ron Davis Rad that replaced my Be Cool. much larger area and 20% tighter fins. I have side by side pics somewhere on my desktop. I will check next time in the office if you are interested.

Re: radiator
eh, if its mild mods and youre not going over 350hp for a long period of time then the an OEM,stock used or NAPA equivalent should do the job just fine. Spend the extra money on more mods.

Re: radiator
Im running my LSX motor with a stock rad and I will never have issues. I agree with Daz just get a new OEM one. Napa has specter which is the same I got and it cost $80 i think. It works and I would rather spend my coin on something else

It works and I would rather spend my coin on something else Why do you set yourself up like that Ray? How do you know you wont have issues? A stock V6 3rd gen rad may get you by putting around on the street when you're literally just driving around normal. But what happens when you open it up? Do you REALLY think that rad is enough to keep your high-po 370'inch LSx cool?? Truth be told, you dont know that. You havent driven the car yet. Tony, is there something wrong with the rad in the car now? Does the car get to hot? Are you running electric fans or the stock clutch-style mechanical fan still. Your 350 doesnt require anything fancy. I would look into a stock replacement rad if I were you IF the rad you have is leaking and then working on getting air into the rad or cooling off the rad with electric fans. Just my 0.02 cents since I know your car, and that really mild 350 doesnt need anything over a well working stock rad. -Jay
