Post Re: LT1 guru's need help again
figured something out last night with the heat temp gun, cyl #1 is greatly cooler then all the others, pointed at the headers all of them read between 185c to 204c cyl #1 was 150c to 164c. so i believe there is something a mis with that cyl. im going to change out the plug and wire tonight (thank god its easy to get to) then drive it and see if it changes.

Could be the rockers not adjusted properly.

You can log with the Tts datamaster I think 5 times for free and unlimited to just view the data.
I assume no codes are coming up?
I'd also check the rockers. Better too loose than tight. I has mine just under 1/2 turn cold with the gm LS7 lifters.

put a new plug in it and its running better, now i am going to give a few days of driving normal and hard and see if it acts up again so far so good. if its just a bad plug and luckly the first cyl that was an easy fix (if that is the problem)

thanks for all the input guys this is why i love this forum. :)
