In my first post I mentioned that I was looking at a supercharger or turbo. I was not swapping in a LSx motor. I do love the look of the TPI, especially since I polished it. But if you look at the post of the engine /tranny rebuild, he is using everything I was thinking about...now I can see that it is possible to have what I am looking for. As for sitting under the hood, he has it in a 1987 GTA, but I have more info to gather before I decide which direction I am going.

Stealth ram works. Its a carb tunnel ram base, with a fuelly hat on it. Thats all it is. Can upgrade TB and spend some dollars on some quality heads and you'll have a nice performer

I have used a Stealth Ram, works good, and Trigger had one under the hood of his old 89 GTA, it does fit but there is some massaging involved got the birds, if you end up leaning that way let me know and i'll go into more detail with you
