Anyway heres the scoop here guys...

My 95 Trans am's aerial is bent when we bought it and few days ago when putting the tops back on.... the aerial got under the hatch and it got cracked again so now I think its time to get the problem fixed.

Does anyone have any experience with fixing these things or know anything about them?

The motor could be fried but then again it could just be disconnected for all i know. Ive unbolted the nut on the outside of the car, but being its bent at the bottom i cant get the nut over the aerial.

Ive got the aerial part ordered and ill be picking it up tomorrow but while im at gm im going to see for shits and giggles what it will cost to get installed and im assuming an arm in the leg for probubly a quick 15 min job for an hours worth.

I had a stereo shop install the new one on my vette back in the day and it wasnt that pricey, the entena cost more then the installation.
