Flow numbers and actual dyno numbers are part of the reason I became an AFR dealer, aside from the Victor Jr. not many heads out of the box can compete

can you tell me what the differance is with the street heads and the competition heads

i was looking at getting the 195 but not sure if the extra $ are worth the 20extra CFM i would see at 500 lift. IE what kind of extra HP would i see 10%?... 15%?

also do you stock them. or would it be a special order. i know that right from AFR its almost a 3 month wait.

Street heads are roughly a 70% cnc port job, and the comp head are 100% CNC ported. The runners are typically large in the comp heads by a couple of CC's. The exhausts are also ultra smooth on the comp heads. Are the comp heads worth it?? I guess that all depends on your budget. Remeber that ever cfm is roughly 2 hp, so 20 cfm more is about 40 extra HP. I am currently waiting on an order from AFR of 10 set of heads. I ordered 1 set of 195cc SBC heads but they are spoken for already. I could place another order, and the wait time now is appoximately 6-8 weeks, LT1 heads are the only ones with the 12-16 week wait
