Hole in floor
Kinda pissed about this because of the way the previous owners went about hiding this hole. They glued the piece that fits in there to the bottom of the carpet. Anyways, best bet to cut out that section and weld in from a donor car, right? I'll just have to find someone to do this locally here (London). This is the passenger rear seat floor (where your feet rest).

Meh for a hole that same sheet metal works as thats what Im doin in mine. Id say before you go any farther pull the interior completely to see if there are anymore holes. I just got a 92 and it has 2 holes in the floor but are not bad at all compared to my 85.

I was just pissed off about the fact that whoever found this hole, decided to hide it. I've got a guy here to owns a body shop that might be able to do it for cash.
And yes I will look at the whole floor of the car when I start taking the transmission out this weekend.

What year car? Your sig says you have a 95 Z28. If this is the car with the bad floor then I don't see any 4th gen floor panels from CC.
For a 3rd gen they do a floor.

It is a 4th gen. 1995 Z28 with 204,000 km on it. And no, no panels whatsoever for this car. But I do know what to do now.

Too bad I didn't have room when I scrapped the TA or I would have kept the shell for panel cutting. It was rust free too.
If the areas rusted out aren't too large you should be able to fix them with some sheet steel if you cut back to where you have solid material to weld to.

That's the plan. Unfortunately this was project #3 for the winter. It will be as good as new once I'm done with the car.
