I use to use something called power out that you could get from there, i think that was the name of it. It was in a yellow and red can it also had a plastic scrub brush attaced to the top of the can |

Sprayed liberally, worked it in with a nylon brush from the dollar store and dab with a cloth. Stains gone!  Cleaned the vinyl by soaking a green scrub pad with some Mother's Protectant. They look a LOT better. After pic.
