Well, had a bit of some time on my hands, so I have started on my front suspension. So far I have taken out the k member and stripped off everything but the spindles. I then degreased it, all loose rust, dirt and crud that has collected over the last 33 years. Pretty messy job, but it has now been cleaned and painted and waiting to go back in. Next I tackled the engine bay and removed all the rust, filled a couple of small holes and started repainting the inner fenders and firewall. As this car is is just going to be a driver, not a show car, I spray bombed it. The results look pretty good. I have removed the camber plates off the strut towers and am now grinding the surface rust and then I will repaint them gloss black. Starting to look ike something. Post pics tomorrow...
