so after another adventure of being a home owner and basically going nuts at the house trying to make it more liveable, i finally cleared my head of all the reno junk and decided to rebuilt the imp sometime soon...... now just have to decide stay 350 or stroke it forged everything soon to be updated again and many many more questions

Even a stock 6L LQ4 will make more power then a mild/bolt-on LT1 and be a lot more reliable.

I have thought about swapping it, but i like the fact of having what originally came with the car motor wise with just a little more umpfh in the power band, i would have loved to swap a newer style lsx but i like to keep the car stock looking as possible even the engine staying lt1 it would be nice to pick up a LSA from the ZL1 then swap that in knowing the price of it brand new from GM

If it needs a crank then I would def build a 383 the extra cubes will help move the heavy beast!
