Whenever you get a quote you better double your budget. I have one as the previous owner did it and man it can save you tons of time doing a fuel pump swap. Some people dont like it as they dont want to cut there car up but I would do it again if it wasnt there for sure and its a free mod that saves you time if you need it. Come on no one wants to drop a tank full of fuel

If your not driving it in the winter you got tons of time to do it as a few hours here and there adds up. Thats the way I look at it with my swap. I put in a few hours here and there. When I vist my mom ill spen 45 min or what not doing some small stuff. It all adds up

Agreed. If you had the time you could save yourself some good coin and put towards the rest of the build up but it is what it is. Just hate seeing members throwing money away to shops when its the simple stuff too. Looks like a nice project. Now get to it

The engine is back in the car, finally. Paint work is going to be around $4,000. This includes removing the mirrors, lights, door handles and locks etc. If all goes well I should have the car back next month.

The gentleman painting the car has a "shop" at his residence. I saw his work in person, and spoke to multiple people first.
