ok the car is now back from the exhaust shop.

all i can say is i hate it. it drops down around the trany brace and now hangs way to low so i took some final pics before the stock springs go back in. looks like the car might have to say with stock spring untill i can find a t56 to swap in

i can but i dont like it. its not a fun drive when you have to worry about every bump dip curb or pepble. there is no room for error if you go down the wrong road or parking lot. i have to be carefull how i even enter my driveway.

it will not stay like this.

Is it the crossmember that causing them to have to dip the exhaust below it to clear? I know they a clearanced crossmember for the t56 and long tubes so i would assume they make one for 700R4/4l60e? Looks and sounds great though Scott!

There is one for the 4l60 but not the 700. They are different in the tail stock and how they mount. The 700 just goes stright across. I looked at making a double hump mount like the ones for the 4 th gen stuff but still felt there would not be the space I needed. I always wanted a 6 speed anyways. This is just goIng to make me work harder and faster at it
