Understood. Cars with issues aren't fun after a while.

I brought a 96 Camaro in from the USA for first time ever. I'll never buy a salty rust bucket again. One $500 flight and a long drive home saves a ton of welding and bondo.

Just a suggestion. Hunt down a rust-free V-6 chassis next time that needs nothing but your performance parts bolted on. There's a ton of inexpensive, rust-free, high mileage, V-6 cars all across the USA.

You'll save a crapload of time and head aches and still have a car that's considered "scratch-built". Plus it won't have alignment problems. It'll either be a keeper or profitable seller.

Huge congratulations on your efforts! Thanks for the pics. I look forward to your next project.

I wish I had your spare time. My car would look a lot better.

Send me a PM if if you want details on how easy it is to bring a US rust-free car into Canada.

Cheers,
Ken

That is amazing. Wish I had half your skill to do something like that.

Why didn't you just build on the $800 V6 camaro you had started with though, rather than use the firebird shell?

Also is that your Ford Ranger with the 18" Cobra AFS wheels on it? Truck looks very familiar...seen it in Brampton.
