Not sure yet, but ive got the bulk of my money out of the car so the shopping has begun but not sure what im going to go with. Was going for a 4th LS1 bird but after looking at a few older ones this past weekend and getting the thumbs up the whole time out taking them for a drive i think im going to go old school. 67-69 bird, 70-73 bird, or a 77-78 TA. Had my fun building a fast car but the endless problems made it not worth the pain. Would rather a fun reliable cruiser i can get in and drive at any time. Yes an old school carbed car will give me problems that wont last very long between the fenders :rotflol

I know i thought real hard about your car. Just dont want to end doing the same thing i just did to mine. I want buy something that ill never want to sell. It was tough to part my car out after all the hard work and im going to find something worth the pain i had to go through to get to this point.

280k on mine, though I did spin a rod bearing. I was pushing it well beyond with the 98 limits of the LS1 block. The new block is more or less bullet proof for 7k operation and it was a budget build...
