Yes, I h8 the large door box's, so wanted something that looked stock. Brian designed and built them for the car and did an amazing job keeping the stock look, they give the magnet just enuff room to clear the window motor/door internals. Too help with the lack of depth i used the HERTZ Space series mid speaker which is really shallow. With this set-up I actualy have room for two 6.5" doors speakers per side and may add a 2nd pair yet, still undesided.

Not sure of the weight, but it takes two to lift just the box in and out without the sub's in it, and W7's are not a light sub, i'd say at least a couple hundred pounds extra back there

Had a listen to the final product today.
To say this car hits HARD is an understatement. Had some Ace of Base and Ice Cube in the CD player. The two ported JL's hit a ton and the mids and highs are impressive. VERY NICE.
If you go up bring some asprin with you
Nice work Hawk.....on to the nats to get the car mic'd
