Factory speedo's are always out , they are allowed to be out if I remember right plus or minus 10 % so they usually err towards the plus side [ uses up warrenty quiker ] a few years ago Toyota got in trouble for that because every car they made was exactly on the upper limit , they were forced to extend everyones warrenty by the amout they had delibertly screwed them out of .

I guess I'm lucky them. The one in my GTA shows exactly the same speed as my GPS :D
