Post 91 Camaro heater box swap to remove AC componets
Guys,

I am removing the AC componets and installing regular heater box.

So far I found the fan is different (or at least the fan blade) is there anything else with the heater core I need to know?
I think I damaged the heater core pulling out the old box, can someone post up a pic a car without AC so I can see what Im missing?

Thanks

the blower motor is different as the non ac one isnt as tall. If you can get non ac H-vac ducting its a bonus if not you can use your old stuff you just might have to modify the connectors that attach to the blower motor. If you have the box out replace the heater core anyways as its the best time to do so. What pic would you like to see? motor side is all the same when its gone
