Why are you parting with the lt1 to go bigger? Im sure if your aiming in the 500-600rwhp with the blown 6.0 and realisticly a h/c lt1 wont get you there but i can only image what your motor with more compression and a dialed in tune would help your car. I know we picked up 40rwhp getting the A/F on my when we tuned it. All the small things help to get the most you can get out of your motor.

Like alot of the guys on that forum posted you can boost your lt1 and work for awhile and then when it does blow build it. A stock lq4 can take some abuse but eventually you are going to have to build it so really its the same odds. IMO i love seeing fast lt1 cars rather then going LS. I just picked up my EFI Connections LS1 Pcm conversion. Cant wait to get it in and running better and realiable!
