Replacing the rear springs is cheap and easy, I'd start there.

We don't know if this car is stock ride height if the tires are stock size if the rims are correct offset. There are a pile of unknowns here. If the car is 100% stock then the springs are worn out. If the car is lowered then it needs an adjustable panhard bar to center the rear end. If the tires/wheel offset is diff then the fender lip needs to be rolled.

thats why its a maybe.Unless you look at it you can never say but the most logical solution depends on the facts presented.(not much..lol)
