what is a adjustable panhard bar? Is it expensive? Is it hard to install? Any details about this would be amazing and thank you in advance .

Expensive is relative. Theres over a dozen different brands and they all do the exact same thing.

The purpose of an adjustable panhard bar is for lowered cars. When you lower the car, the rear differential is no longer properly centered left to right. The lower you go, the more it pushes the rear end to one side, so by making the panhard bar adjustable, you can bring the rear end back to center.

Is it better to go with spherical rod ends or polyurathane ends?

Anything with rigid spherical rod endna street car will be noisy and will ride harsher. Go with the urethane ends..stiffer then rubber but still has some compliance.

Ive used a few types. I like the spherical/poly combo. Poly to body, spherical to diff. Doesnt make any noise issues that bother me
