Post Amsoil ATF, MTF or Synchromesh for my T56?
I cannot seem to find a firm answer on this.

Can anyone suggest which Amsoil fluid to use for my 1999 Camaro 6MT with the T56 transmission?

ATF, MTF or Synchromesh for my T56?

Thanks

Ive run a lot of different fluids over the years in a few different t56's and find the house brand Dex3 Can Tire stuff to shift the smoothest. Go figure

I agree. Except I used the house brand/CT Synthetic. It was by FAR the best fluid I used in my T56.

I would not use MTF or Synchromesh in a T56 as it calls for Dexron IIE/III.

I run Mobil1 ATF. Just make sure you don't use a water based synth. if the blocker rings haven't been upgraded to CF.
