Some Chevy Noo Questions
I need to know some basic info about my motor, first one being which spark plugs do I need and what gap should i set. I have a 350 out of a 77, edelbrock performer RPM intake, holley 4 barrel carb, crane cam, crane fireball ignition system, long tube headers and adjustable roller rockers. Also what oil do you guys recommend running in these motors?
Thanks!

Re: Some Chevy Noo Questions
.045 is a good starting point. Any kind of oil would work...lol. 10W30 with stock pistons/rings and maybe 10W-40 for looser rings/pistons.

Re: Some Chevy Noo Questions
the old SBC is pretty tough. It doesnt need German spec space age synthetic oil ..lol. Just use the oil in the season or temp range, change every 5K and forget about it. BTW You can use a PH5(taller filter) if thats not whats there already. A little more oil capacity doesnt hurt.
